Villa Hyperion

The villa boasts an infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers and day beds for post-swim relaxation under the shade of a beach umbrella.

The main terrace, which overlooks the pool, offers plush outdoor seating and a poolside dining table where guests can enjoy al fresco meals as a warm breeze blows through the swaying palms and the sun sparkles on the turquoise waters.

There is also a private beach deck with sun loungers right on the white sands of Long Bay, allowing guests to make the most of the beachfront location.

Designed by renowned architects, this modern luxury villa is set over three floors and sleeps up to 10 guests. Seamlessly transitioning between the outdoors and the in, the villa’s design is characterised by traditional beachside decor with touches of vibrant blues and greens.

Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and large windows allow light and air to flow through the spacious living room; guests can enjoy ocean views on one side, with lush garden and tropical forest views on the other. Plush sofas surround a large, flat-screen TV, and a large dining table is perfect for elegant meals. Adjoining the living and dining area is a state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances.

Moreover, the separate media room – with more comfortable seating – is ideal for family movie nights.

Five well-appointed suites are set across two of the villa’s three floors. The top floor is home to three spacious master suites with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with ocean views. The two guest suites on the lower ground floor are located at the rear of the villa, looking towards the lush forest behind. Both have en-suite bathrooms, and one also has a private courtyard for quiet relaxation.
