A truly unique and modern chalet with entertainment facilities for all ages
A cutting-edge premier chalet in Tignes Les Brévières, Chalet Quezac boasts 600 sq m of complete luxury. It was completely renovated to offer lavish comfort, modern design and contemporary authenticity. This unique alpine property was fully inspired by owner Guerlain Chicherit’s sporting career.
The chalet sits high atop a slope overlooking the beautiful hamlet of Tignes les Brévières, halfway between Val d’Isère and Tignes. In its prime location within an exclusive neighbourhood, Chalet Quezac is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the mountain village, an alpine lake, and the ski slopes just minutes from the chalet.
The chalet’s outdoor space has various areas perfect for guests’ entertainment. The relaxation terrace boasts a large Jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna. The outdoor bar is internally lit with changing colours; it will definitely light up the scene for some outdoor dining to enjoy the barbecue and the pizza oven. This bar area has multiple outdoor seating spaces, as well as a fire pit to gather around. Moreover, at the bottom level of the chalet there is a real ski gondola in the garden, a quiet space to take in the views. Children will love the play area with swing designed just for them.
The modern and sleek interior will impress from the first steps into the property. The ambience is very cool and funky with shiny black glass and brightly coloured installations. The living space boasts a huge projector TV screen, an open fireplace, a sleek duo table tennis/pool table and table football to enjoy a friendly game or two. There is a separate children’s playroom to keep younger guests entertained and an office with Apple Mac available for guest use.
The dining area features a retractable table, perfect for groups of all sizes, a six-seater sofa space, and an open-plan area containing the fully-equipped professional kitchen. Guests can relax while their private chef creates some of the most exquisite tailor-made menus.
The sleeping area includes seven bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 adults and 4 children. There stunning master suite occupies its own floor and has direct access to the terrace and outdoor hot tub. There five additional double/twin bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom or separate, private bathroom. The children’s bedroom, with two sets of bunkbeds to sleep four children has an in-built TV in each and its own shower room and a separate toilet.
