As you will approach this luxury holiday rental, you will delight in admiring how its restoration is in perfect harmony with the whole Tuscan scenery. This secluded villa provides extensive al fresco dining room on the charming terrace and on the patio. It also features an eco-friendly, modern heated swimming pool for sheer indulgence and impressive views over the lush countryside.
During the eco-friendly restoration, there have been added additional windows, which promote a feeling of connectedness to the spectacular nature even while spending time indoors. The interior of this villa though traditionally decorated has all the modern equipment necessary for a comfortable holiday. Boasting a Tuscan fireplace, the cosy living area is ideal for family gatherings. The living area situated on the ground floor is conveniently connected with a kitchenette ideal for storing snacks. The generous dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the delicious cuisine prepared in the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen. Moving on to the first floor you will find an elegant room which conveniently connects with the charming terrace that gives access to spectacular views of the Monte Amiata. Featuring a small table and two armchairs, this room is also ideal for reading.
Divided between the ground and the first floor are six bedrooms, five being with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are particularly romantic and true to the rustic décor found throughout the property. Featuring washed-colour walls and exposed wooden beams, each room has an inviting feel. One of the master bedrooms boasts a luxurious Villeroy Boch hydro-massage tub, while another bedroom features its own en-suite Jacuzzi tub. A third bedroom also has access to a bathroom with Jacuzzi, but the bathroom si not en-suite.
For the guests who wish to maintain an active lifestyle while on holiday, the villa provides a 100-sq. m gym, half of the space is fitted with tatami, Pilates, yoga, box facilities; the other part with a sofa, a bed for massages, and a private bathroom with big shower.
