Enjoying a peaceful rural setting, the traditional Mallorcan finca Villa Tramuntana is the perfect location for a relaxing, luxury holiday in the Spanish countryside. The villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens with tall palm trees offering shade and vibrant lavender bushes lining the pathway to the front door.

Guests can enjoy the 66 m² swimming pool surrounded by beautifully-manicured lawns, ideal for children to play on, along with a table tennis table.

There are plenty of sun loungers ideal for soaking up the sun, and a spacious sitting area with rattan sofas and armchairs beneath a pergola for relaxing in the shade. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table, set under the shade of a palm tree.

On entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious hall with whitewashed walls and tiled flooring. Exposed stonework, ceiling beams, and dark wooden shutters throughout the property add traditional charm and character.

The open-plan layout of the living areas is ideal for socialising; the large lounge room boasts comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and sound system perfect for movie nights, and an open fireplace for the cooler evenings.

Adjoining the lounge room is a well-appointed dining room, which leads through to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen features a central island and four-seater breakfast bar and is fully-equipped with all the modern amenities needed to cook up a delicious Mediterranean feast.

Upstairs, guests can retreat to the comfortable and bright bedrooms, where three doubles and one twin accommodate up to eight guests. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms – including the master with a large freestanding bathtub – and two share a bathroom.
