The property has a sea front location, boasting an impeccably landscaped garden and an L-shaped swimming pool, which are complemented by uninterrupted views of the vast expanse of azure waters. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and thick lawn ideal for barefoot walking. Additionally, this property has an al-fresco dining area. Guest will also enjoy the private beach access, which is literally a few steps away from the villa.

Marbella is worth visiting for its delightful cuisine, rich cultural heritage, and endless sunny days.
With the use of the provided car, guests at Villa Pereza can explore Cordoba, Seville, Ronda, Granada, or Gibraltar. If guests do not wish to drive while on holiday, they can go on organised day trips to the specified destinations and even to another continent to visit Tangier in northern Morocco.
If, however, guests wish to spend the days in close vicinity to their villa, they can enjoy the resort’s facilities, from the Six Sense Spa, to the tennis or golf course. There are also opportunities for water sports.
