Villa Lagoon is a beautifully-decorated, three-bedroom beachfront property on Diaporos Island, one minutes’ boat ride away from the mainland on quiet and gentle sea.
The luxury villa offers 240 sq. m of space situated on a land of 6500 sq. m, on the southwest side of the island. Built in a natural cove, one of the most important features of this luxury villa is its closeness to the sea, and the spectacular views of Sithonia and Vorvourou. The beach is also an integral part of the property, which is built in accordance to latest eco-friendly construction standards in order to preserve the island’s ecology.
In addition to being at a few steps away from the beach and aquamarine water, guests also have an amazing swimming pool with sea views for refreshing swims, a relaxed outdoor dining area and barbecue great for parties, a Jacuzzi, terrace with lounge space, sun beds for sunbathing, and a landscaped garden.
Inside, the luxury villa reflects the island’s calm and enjoyable atmosphere through a carefully chosen colour palette and modern furniture. Split over two floors, the villa rental features on the ground floor a sitting area, dining space for eight, a library, a desk area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor are three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and great sea views. The bathrooms feature multi-jet showers and separate WCs. The bedrooms feature king-size beds, premium quality linen, a minibar and Nespresso coffee machine.
Beautifully secluded, yet so close to the mainland, the villa is the perfect choice for guests who wish to enjoy a holiday simply relaxing on the beach or pool side. However, for easy exploration of other islands and for reaching the mainland, guests have at their disposal a self-service 5m boat which they can use as they please to go fishing, island hopping or even to go to Ormos Panagias, a local village 15 minutes away to dine at one of the local restaurants.

Villa Lagoon is on the island of Diaporos. It is on the second of the three peninsulas of Halkidiki, in the north Aegean Sea of Greece. Vourvourou is located 96 km and 70 minutes’ drive from the Macedonia International Airport of Thessaloniki.
