Ellerman House Villas One & Two are two luxury villas for rent located on the same property as the renowned Ellerman House Hotel, an iconic South African urban retreat in Bantry Bay, a prime location to admire the best ocean views in Cape Town.

Totally separate from the hotel, these exclusive villas with a private staff have all the advantage of being attached to a chic boutique hotel with entire privacy and flexibility. They have access to the art gallery of the hotel, which is a grand assortment of works featuring a unique South African twist. Guests enjoy a private spa with sea views and ultra-modern facilities, a private gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a private library and much more.

Featuring a modern architecture, these villas add a glamorous and contemporary touch to the hotel’s classic style and refined ambience.
Both villas offer amazing views, have terraces, spacious bedrooms that can be fitted with king sized beds or two single beds on request, state-of-the-art entertainment and relaxation areas and a private infinity pool.

Ellerman House Villa One is available as a three or five bedroom villa. The two additional rooms are deluxe spa bedrooms. Guests have 696 square metres (7492 square feet) of living area on two levels. The décor is sophisticated and minimalist. An impressive collection of original art complete the luxury of the house.

The three bedrooms are on the top level, accessed by a lift or stairs. They all have a spacious en-suite bathroom with infinity mirrors. Aqua Room is decorated in aqua tones and offer sea views from the bedroom and the bathroom. Lilac Room has sea views too and a pretty Balinese-style bathroom. Yellow Room is a twin room with two single beds facing the Twelve Apostles Mountains.

The 37 square metres deluxe spa bedrooms are on the ground floor. They feature endless ocean views and a shared deck. These rooms are en-suite and include satellite TV, air conditioning, heated floors and a complimentary minibar.

On this floor, guests find the spa relaxation area with sensation shower, sauna, steam room and jet pool.
There is also a contemporary stainless steel kitchen full of delicious snacks, a dining room, a TV lounge, a study and a private reading room

Last but not least, the outdoor is as extraordinary as the indoor. Guests are invited to take fresh air in the indigenous gardens, going through waterways.
