Location
Villa Morukuru is located on the banks of the Marico River in the Madikwe Game Reserve of South Africa.
There are plenty of activities to do in the area. Traversing the reserve in a comfortable safari vehicle allows guests to cover large areas in search of Africa’s abundant wildlife, but for a true taste of Africa, nothing beats going on a foot safari through the bush.
At the local dam just outside the park, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun on the Morukuru boat, be it fishing, water skiing or soaking up the sun by the water. Guests can start the afternoon with a braai for lunch at the water’s edge, then enjoy a drink or two as the sun sets across the water, filling the sky with indescribably beautiful colours.
