Villa Kalyana is a luxury beachfront estate with a prime location on Samui South Beach with a private beachfront on Laem Sor Bay. It is the ideal property for guests who dream to enjoy the privacy and serene atmosphere of a private island, while still being conveniently located in Koh Samui.
This luxury residence is flanked by lush palm tree plantations, a beautiful tropical garden, unspoiled golden sands and the secluded beach is just a few steps away. There are three swimming pools – two large pools and one shallow children’s pool – as well as a children’s playground and vast tropical gardens.
The poolside areas are surrounded by swaying palms, marble pool decks with loungers and sun beds, creating the best spot where to relax in the sun. There is also a huge covered terrace with a lounge area and a 250-year-old, hand-carved wooden sala. To embrace the tropical island-feel, the villa boasts an outdoor barbecue terrace for a “dining under the stars” experience.
The impressive beachfront location complemented by the property’s spacious grounds create an idyllic backdrop for any sized wedding or special event, with the property easily accommodating up to 120 day guests.
Very suitable for large reunions, the dining area is equipped with a 7-metre wooden table seating 22 people, a breakfast kitchen, a bar and also a chill out area. There are also kitchenettes and minibars in several of the rooms.
The property can comfortably sleep up to 48 adults and 18 children across its 26 suites and rooms; it is comprised of eight beach bungalows, two spacious master suites, 10 apartment suites, four luxury bedrooms, and two children’s bunk bedrooms (well-equipped with toys and kids’ games).
