Upni Duniya is located in the beautiful Koh Samui, Thailand, known for its abundance of lush nature and soft sand beaches. Wat Phra Yai – the Temple of the Big Buddha, standing at 12 metres high and visible is the most visited attraction on the island and located within walking distance of the property.
The surrounding area – affectionately known as Baan Bo Phut or ‘Fishermans Village’ – is renowned for its historic seafront lined with traditional wooden shophouses; formerly the homes of merchants and fishermen, these have been tastefully converted into trendy restaurants and bars.
Visitors can also enjoy a host of activities from golf at the stunning 18-hole course of Santiburi Samui Country Club, to boat trips and island hopping, to shopping ay the markets of Chaweng or boutiques of the nearby Nathon Town.
The crystal-clear waters surrounding the island are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, cave diving, and sailing.
