The split-level design of the house enhances its wonderful position and maximises the outdoor spaces. Incredible views of lush, forested mountains and blue skies converging with the turquoise sea is afforded guests, whether they are bathing in the impressive infinity pool or relaxing on one of the ample terraces.

On the lower terrace is the 27-metre infinity pool flanked by sun loungers and it leads through to the games room with table tennis set and a bar area. The top terrace features a comfortable, shaded lounge area beside the shallow children’s pool, and leads on to lush green lawns on either side.

Out the back of the villa is a basketball hoop to keep younger guests entertained, along with garage parking for up to two cars.

The interiors are luxurious but comfortable with minimalistic design incorporating natural elements and plush furnishings. Guests can relax with sa film in the media room and enjoy tasty feasts in the open-plan dining area. There is a fully-equipped Western-style kitchen for guests’ use and a Thai-style kitchen for staff.

Each of the five well-appointed bedrooms offer sweeping views, bringing guests feelings of calm and relaxation. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and three guest bedrooms that can be set up as doubles or twins; these rooms are all interconnected and share two bathrooms between them, making them suitable for families with children.

Committed to sustainability, the villa is one of the largest in the area that uses solar power. It also boasts a rainwater capture system to maintain the grounds in an eco-friendly way.
