Boasting unspoilt white sandy beaches, coral reefs and azure waters, Necker is an island paradise in the British Virgin Islands.
There are various pools where guests can unwind. The infinity pool at the Great House affords some of the most amazing views over Necker Island. There is a second infinity pool located near the main beach. There are two other pools that are shared by the other Balinese Houses.
Necker Island can host up to thirty guests in the Great House and the six Balinese Houses.
Some of the highlighted features of the Great House are the outdoor terrace with its awe-inspiring views of the Caribbean, the Atlantic and the surrounding islands, as well as its bar, snooker table, piano and Jacuzzi.
The Great House boasts nine bedrooms and a bunkroom that can sleep six additional children. Guests sleeping in the master suite will enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi and bath.
Three of the Balinese Houses are situated on the waterfront, while the other three are dotted around the inland part of the island, boasting a tropical atmosphere.
The amazing team of staff is always on hand ensuring guests have a memorable stay. The rates are fully inclusive of food and all beverages.
For even more indulgence, guests can head to one of the treatment rooms where the two therapists will ensure all stress is melted away. Those who want to keep their training routine can enjoy the facilities of the fully-equipped gym or play tennis on one of the two floodlit tennis courts.
Guests have a plethora of things to do around the island, from sun-basking on some of the most idyllic beaches, to getting active and taking part in countless activities including sailing, water sports (windsurfing, water skiing, kayaking, snorkelling), or walking around the island to discover the native wildlife.
The island is an ideal retreat for group of friends who want to celebrate together or for families with children. Kids will be thrilled to feed lemurs or participate in a treasure hunt. One thing is for sure; it will be hard to convince them to leave the island!
Exclusive hire includes use of the brand new Great House with eight bedrooms and one master suite sleeping a total of 18 guests. There is also a bunkroom that can accommodate up to six additional children. Further accommodation, the six Balinese-style houses dotted around the island, each sleep two guests.
Bedrooms in the Great House
Each guest room comes with a large balcony with views overlooking the ocean or across Necker Island. The king-size bed in most cases can be split into twin beds, except in room 5. All rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower and have windows looking through the bedroom out to spectacular views. Rooms, 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9 also feature an additional outdoor shower on the balcony. Room 9 is our most accessible room, with stair-free access. Rooms 2, 3, 7, and 8 can interconnect, while rooms 4, 5, and 6 can be linked.
The spacious Master Suite is located on the top floor with amazing views, which can be enjoyed from one of three terraces. The hot tub and outdoor bathtub are located on the largest terrace and there is also a flat screen TV built into the bed. It is equipped with a king-sized bed, spacious en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette area.
New to The Great House, the bunkroom sleeps additional children and/or a nanny in three bunk beds and two pull-out sofa beds. In total, the bunkroom can sleep an additional eight children, or six children and a nanny. There is a separate en-suite shower room, a TV, and games consoles, with lots of fun touches to amuse our younger guests.
Bedrooms in the Balinese Houses
These six private houses dotted around the island are built in the authentic Balinese style. All houses have a fridge with refreshments and a music system. All rooms have king-sized beds, and Bali Beach and Bali Buah can be arranged with twin beds. All Bali Houses are air conditioned.
A beautiful double room all on one level with private entrance and terrace complete with a relaxing daybed. And it is only two steps away from the plunge pool. This room can be arranged with twin beds.
A three-tiered Balinese house with a ground floor lounge area, one bedroom is located at the middle level, and on the top floor is a cushioned relaxation area with spectacular views along Turtle beach. Bali Hi has two bathrooms both with outdoor showers.
One of the most romantic settings you are ever likely to experience, Bali Cliff perches on the edge of the island facing out to sea. It has a double bedroom and open-air bathroom to maximise the views and sounds of the ocean.
The Indonesian word for bird, this spacious room has uninterrupted views out to the sea and a spectacular terrace. Bali Kukila has a king-sized bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or child

The Indonesian name for fruit, Bali Buah is located adjacent to Bali Lo. This spacious double room has an en-suite bathroom below and a large balcony with chairs and a hammock affording fantastic views of the fruit trees and the ocean. This room can be arranged with twin beds.
Necker Island is located in the British Virgin Islands to the north of Virgin Gorda, one of the country's larger islands. Its Caribbean location means that Necker's 74 acres are surrounded by beautiful turquoise waters, coral reefs, and gorgeous sandy beaches.
