A five-bedroomed luxury Tuscan villa perched on a hill overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea
Situated as it is at the top of a hill, Villa Hibiscus offers one of the most beautiful views in the Caribbean: that of the Macaroni Bay with its white sandy beaches and pretty islands.
The villa, which has been featured in Architectural Digest, has a very neat design offering the highest levels of comfort. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Prince William and his wife, Kate) have spent their holiday here, expressing their enjoyment of the beauty and calmness of the estate.
The property features a spacious living room with huge, soft sofas and which opens onto a veranda. It also boasts a kitchen and pantry, fully equipped entertainment and media rooms and a games room. On the outdoor terraces, there are two dining areas which provide a very romantic setting. The ground floor is home to the living room with veranda, a kitchen and pantry.
All five of the en-suite, spacious bedrooms have access to private terraces offering spectacular views. One room has twin beds while the other four have queen-sized beds. Each en-suite bathroom conforms to the classic, prestigious style of the house, each offering luxury and practicality.
The outdoor areas include twin gazebos, an eternity pool, two plunge pools, fountains, ponds and gardens.
This villa is remarkable for its comfort, and its proximity to one of the islands and renowned beaches. Guests also have easy access to other interesting areas of the island, the tennis club, equestrian centre and the famous Basil’s Bar.

Mustique is the third largest island in the Grenadines, and is situated 20 km south of St Vincent.
Fifty years ago, Mustique was bought by Lord Glenconner who offered a plot to Princess Margaret. This sparked interest in the island from the media and it was not long before the concept of building a hotel and then to establish a design concept for the island as a whole. As a result, the character of the villa has been very well preserved.
Mustique offers guests the liberty to choose to explore the area or just stay in the comfort of their private villa.
There is so much to do on this island and guests can be as active as they like on this magical island: going to one of the legendary house parties where guests from different villas can get to know each other, scuba diving, sailing, horse riding or playing tennis – or they can be pampered with a spa treatment or relax by the swimming pool.
Surrounding Mustique are the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The main beach is at Macaroni Bay with its lovely waves and a grass area for picnics. The other is Lagoon Beach which is on the quieter Caribbean Sea and is most suitable for small children. There is a picnic area as well as a barbeque at the beach. A rocky path from this beach leads to the secluded Geliceaux Bay, only accessed by foot. There are many other beaches on the island, all of which have ideal picnic areas.
Mustique Island is the ideal destination: its privacy and security make it suitable for families; parents can truly relax while their children are having fun with their new friends or in the care of a babysitter. It is also a great place for spending time with friends, holding rite-of-passage events or spending time with a loved one away from the crowds where you can reconnect with the nature and yourself. Many visitors are so charmed by the island life, the unequivocal hospitality and friendliness of the staff and the sense of wellbeing this holiday island gives them that they fall under its spell, only to return every year.
