An elegant villa overlooking the Adriatic Sea, just outside Dubrovnik’s charming Old Town

Located in Dubrovnik, just five minutes from the city’s UNESCO-protected old town, luxury Villa Orsula is a stunning 13-bedroom property, resplendent in charm and elegance.

This boutique hotel was originally built in 1939, but has been completely restored and refurbished, maintaining the traditional architecture whilst simultaneously blending a contemporary interior.

This picturesque villa sleeps up to 26 guests, and has breath-taking views of the Adriatic Sea as well as Lokrum Island. Featuring two impressive bars as well as the renowned, fine-dining Victoria Restaurant, this villa is the perfect location for socialising with family and friends, or hosting lavish events. Ideal for a romantic dinner, the restaurant is situated on a grapevine-draped terrace, overlooking the sea.

Inside the hotel, a neutral pallet is interspersed with splashes of colour, and natural light fills the interiors, illuminating the spacious rooms and accentuating the soft furnishings and elegant design.

The 13 rooms and suites offer the ultimate in relaxation, with ample space and an elegant feel carried through the modern rooms, so guests can relax and replay the day’s activities, before drifting off to peaceful slumber.

For the ultimate in relaxation, guests also have access to the exclusive Energy Clinic Spa & Beauty Centre in a neighbouring hotel.

With a stunning terrace perfect for cocktails, mesmerising views across the Adriatic, a library for reflective study, and serene gardens to relax in, Villa Orsula is the ideal backdrop for glamourous gatherings and a retreat with friends and family.
