The One is located in the small village of Kožljak on the Croatian peninsular of Istria. Surrounded by lush mountains and valleys, the villa is within walking distance of the Učka Nature Park where visitors can enjoy hiking, cycling or free climbing.
The Istrian coastline is dotted with towns with alley-hugging houses built around churches, whilst the inland is renowned for its pretty medieval hilltop towns and villages.
The coast is a short drive away where visitors can swim in the crystal clear, mild waters of the Adriatic or sail to the nearby islands of Cres and Krk in Kvarner Bay.
