Surrounded by greenery, the villa’s grounds offer plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. The heated infinity pool is perfect for those who want to start their day with a refreshing dip before enjoying the sunshine from one of the poolside loungers. Along with an outdoor lounge area, there’s also a pool house with a lounge room, dining room and bar, perfect for poolside drinks or barbecue feasts.

Across the various terraces are several more outdoor living and dining areas, including a sunny roof terrace and a covered al fresco dining and living area. Moreover, there’s a hammock and swing seat hanging from the trees on the lush lawn, providing a quiet and shady relaxation space.

Younger guests will love the swing set, whilst for those with a competitive streak, there’s also a tennis court, a boules pitch, and table tennis and table football sets to enjoy.

A garden annex is home to a large and fully-equipped gym, perfect for those keeping up with their fitness routine. Post-workout, guests can wind down in the Jacuzzi or sauna cabin whilst taking in the views.

Within the main villa, there are several living spaces for relaxing and socialising. The main lounge is on the top floor and features plush sofas around a fireplace, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a flat-screen TV. Behind the lounge is a grand piano, a small games table, and modern dining table beside floor-to-ceilings windows offering direct access to the roof terrace. Throughout the space there are beautiful contemporary artworks and sculptures along with bright furnishings adding pops of colour and interest.

Adjoining the main lounge, guests will find a spacious bar and living area with panoramic views and direct terrace access, offering for the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks as the sun goes down.

On the other side of the lounge, the modern fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from a light breakfast to a lavish, multi-course feast.

Downstairs, the villa also boasts a cinema room with 10 plush cinema seats, a large screen, and a film library with over 1000 titles, ideal for cosy film nights.

In the main villa, five double bedrooms sleep up to 10 adults comfortably, plus one bedroom has a loft area that can sleep two children on request. Each bedroom has a large flatscreen TV, office space, a minifridge, and en-suite facilities, with some also featuring direct access to a terrace.

There is also a separate guest house, which is ideal for teens looking for a little independence, or for travelling staff members. It is comprised of three double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a shared living and dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen.
