Modern villa with incredible views across the French Riviera
A luxury modern villa located in the exclusive private Domaine de Castellet, a very short distance from Villefranche/Mer and Beaulieu.
This architecturally stunning villa gives the impression of being sculpted from the rock itself – a marriage of rough stone and polished glass, surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens.
Bayview’s magnificent terraces – some intimate and shaded, others sweeping and extravagant – offer breath-taking panoramas stretching as far as Cap d’Antibes, Nice and Villefranche.
Guests can take a refreshing dip on the large temperature-controlled swimming pool before topping up a tan on the poolside sun loungers or one of the many terraces.
There are several outdoor lounge areas including a poolside setting ideal for a leisurely morning coffee and a shaded roof terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cocktail as the sun goes down. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the poolside dining table.
Indoors, the bright and airy open-plan living and dining area features chic Japanese sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views in three directions. The interiors are decorated with contemporary art installations and a cosy fireplace creates the perfect focal point for guests to gather around during cooler evenings.
There are two kitchens – a professional kitchen for the villa staff and a fully-equipped guest kitchen.
Guests can reach the upstairs rooms via a lift, or a stunning spiral staircase, which is a work of art in itself. The five luxurious bedrooms all boast spacious en-suite bathrooms and all have access to sun terraces with beautiful views.
With its ideal location, spacious outdoor areas, and modern interiors, Villa Bayview is the perfect choice for a relaxing and luxurious holiday with family and friends and makes for the perfect retreat for the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, or any of the other events on the Cote d’Azur.

Villa Bayview is located in the beautiful Cap Ferrat on the Cote d’Azur. Nestling between Nice and Monaco, this forested peninsula has always attracted the rich and famous, drawn by the mild climate, stunning sea views and a pretty Provencal coastline.
Despite its long-standing allure, Cap Ferrat remains relatively unspoilt. To explore the area, follow a coastal path, perhaps starting at the little port of St Jean Cap Ferrat and carry on to Beaulieu, past David Niven’s former home. Visit the mini baroque palace of Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, set high on a hill with superb sea views. Enjoy its precious porcelains and tapestries and see its magnificent gardens and the fountains that seem to dance in time to the music which forms the backdrop to summer operatic concerts.
Explore the nearby atmospheric Italian town of Villefranche-sur-Mer (west of Cap Ferrat) or enter the parallel world of Monte Carlo and its exuberant casinos.
Villefranche – 15 minutes’ drive
Monte Carlo – 30 minutes’ drive
Nice Airport – 35 minutes’ drive
Cannes – 1 hour’s drive
