Villa La Radieuse is located in the “Gaou Bénat”, a private estate of more than 160 hectares. Its south-facing orientation offers unparalleled views of the Mediterranean and the Hyères Islands.
The Gaou Bénat estate offers private security guards, several tennis courts, a small harbour, private mooring, a heliport, jogging trails and private beaches for guests’ use.
Villa La Radieuse was designed by the famous architect, Paolo Piva, whose use of stone, wood and glass harmonizes perfectly with the 1.5-acre Mediterranean vegetation and rocky outcrops of the property.
The villa, which is completely integrated into the hillside, comprises three levels. The entrance level of the villa boasts a huge, 1,000-square-metre living area that opens to a stone terrace and an infinity swimming pool with cascades. The dining area with seating for sixteen, the bar, the studio, and the master bedroom complete this level of the villa.
On the lower level are six en-suite bedrooms, a cinema with a large selection of English DVDs, a piano, a DJ turntable, a fully equipped kitchen, the laundry and the caretaker’s apartment, while another two double en-suite bedrooms can be found on the second lower level.
