A modern, minimalist property with swimming pool overlooking the Aegean Sea
Villa Doma is a modern villa set in a residential area of Paros, offering a quiet location with partial views of the Aegean Sea. It sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, making it the ideal property for families or small groups to enjoy a Greek Island getaway.
The villa and its guest rooms create a u-shape, wrapping around the main outdoor living space, the focal point of which is the large swimming pool. Surrounding the pool is a vast terrace with loungers and beanbags ideal for relaxing in the sunshine or watching a spectacular sunset. There are also a few shaded seating areas dotted throughout for those looking for respite from the sun.
A pergola-covered outdoor dining table and adjoining barbecue area are tucked away at the back of the property, providing space for guests to enjoy convivial meals in the fresh air, whilst sheltered from the wind.
The villa was designed to respect the simple Cycladic architecture with whitewashed walls and beautifully-landscaped gardens featuring native plants.
Indoors, the style is minimalist yet modern. White walls and furniture are complemented by blue furnishings and decor throughout to create a relaxed, beach house vibe.
The open-plan living and dining room is the heart of the villa. Large sofas overlook the pool through wide glass doors, ideal for allowing cool breezes to flow through the space. Guests can relax with a film on the flat screen TV, or simply enjoy their morning coffee whilst taking in the views in comfort.
The living area also features a four-seater dining table perfect for casual meals and a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen for guest use.
Each of the four bedrooms boasts en-suite facilities, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace. There is one double and one twin room in the main villa and one double and one twin room with separate entrances.
Villa Doma’s modern, relaxed design and excellent facilities make it the perfect choice for a holiday with loved ones.
