A luxurious two-villa estate right on the water in beautiful Halkidiki
Comprised of two separate villas located on a cliffside in Halkidiki, Villa Spirou is a luxury property ideal for larger groups. With a six-bedroom main villa and a four-bedroom guest house easily connected via an outdoor pathway, the property sleeps up to 20 guests in style.
Surrounded by native vegetation and overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea, the property is perfect for those looking to get back to nature without compromising on comfort and luxury.
Both villas feature beautifully-landscaped gardens and expansive terraces with various outdoor living and dining areas where guests can socialise and take in the panoramic sea views.
The main villa boasts a large swimming pool with a diving board, a waterfall, and a shallow paddling area for younger guests. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, day beds and bean bags for post-swim sunbathing. Guests can also soak in the poolside Jacuzzi with a glass of bubbly from the fully-equipped swim-up bar.
The second villa also has a swimming pool flanked by sun loungers and umbrellas.
Pathways lead down from both villas to two private sandy beaches where guests can soak up the sunshine and the views. Between the beaches is a private marina for launching the property’s pleasure boat or perhaps boarding a luxury hire yacht. Moreover, there is a helipad so guests can arrive at the villa in style or enjoy a scenic helitour from right on their doorstep.
The villas were built with the surrounding environment in mind, preserving natural resources where possible. Solar panels provide energy, recycling is a focus, and seawater fills the pools.
Within the main villa guests can relax and socialise in the vast open-plan living room, which opens onto the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. There are plush lounges surrounding a flat-screen TV, an elegant dining room with an eight-seater dining table, and an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen.
The lower ground floor is the entertainment level, reached via a stunning spiral staircase. It comprises a lounge and bar area with sliding doors out to the lower terrace, a games corner with a poker table, a cinema room equipped with theatre-style seating, and a separate pool room with a beautiful rock wall.
Spread across the ground and first floors are six well-appointed double bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities and several with balcony or terrace access.
Inside the guest house is a less formal living area with lounge seating, a six-seater dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The room features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors out to the main terrace.
Located on the first floor of the guest house are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and balcony or terrace access. The ground floor bedrooms are like self-contained apartments, each with en-suite facilities, lounge areas with kitchenettes, and private terraces.
Offering guests flexible accommodation options, two private beaches, and plenty of relaxation and entertainment spaces, Villa Spirou is the perfect option for a luxury Greek getaway with loved ones.
