Set within an inclusive hilltop estate in Corfu’s east, Villa Ionica is a beautiful and luxurious four-bedroom property. The location is excellent, boasting 180-degree sea views and just a short drive from Corfu’s vibrant Old Town.
A large, heated infinity swimming pool overlooks the water and features a Jacuzzi area and a unique, in-water sun lounger platform, ideal for topping up a tan. Those looking for respite from the sun can laze on the umbrella-shaded sun loungers dotted around the water’s edge.
Throughout the two-acre gated estate there are lush lawn areas and landscaped gardens. Extensive patios and courtyards allow plenty of space for outdoor living and dining, and socialising with loved ones. Guests can enjoy time together in the main outdoor living areas, or retreat to one of the courtyards for some quiet time.
Exposed brick in both the exterior and interior areas creates a warm and rustic, homely feel. High-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows add to the feeling of space and light inside.
A spacious, open-plan living and dining area is ideal for social occasions, whilst delicious feasts can be prepared in the adjoining fully-equipped, modern kitchen.

There are two master suites and two bedrooms, all of which are spacious and well-appointed with en-suite facilities. The first master suite boasts a king-size bed, plus a queen-size sofa bed suitable for an extra adult or two children. The second master suite and first bedroom both feature a king-size bed that can be converted to twins on request, whilst the second bedroom features twin beds.

Location
Villa Ionica is located in the middle of Corfu’s east coast, just a short drive from the Old Town and some of the island’s best sandy beaches.
Numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife hot spots are within 10 minutes’ drive from the villa.
Nearby there are also multiple water sports clubs, offering jet skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, parasailing and more adrenaline-filled activities.
Several sandy beaches including Glyfada and pebble beaches including Barbati and Nissaki are easily reached. A must-visit is the stunning bays of Paleokastritsa, home to beautiful caves and Paradise Beach, renowned for excellent snorkelling and diving.
Corfu’s Old Town is home to a Venetian fortress, an English palace, and quaint streets and alleyways filled with bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Culture and history buffs will also enjoy exploring the Kapodisrias Museum – the country residence of Greece’s first governor – is within walking distance, whilst Archillean Palace is under half an hour away by car.
The whole of the island is easily accessible by car, with the furthest points both north and south, reachable within an hour.
