Outdoors, guests are spoilt for choice with the various relaxation and recreation spaces. The multi-level gardens feature several furnished spaces including an outdoor lounge area, a sunbathing deck, and a barbecue terrace with al fresco dining setting. A hammock hideaway offers a quiet space to enjoy a holiday read or perhaps take a quick nap.

The large swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and features a shallow wading area for the little ones. Surrounding the pool is a paved deck with sun loungers and a pool house with gym equipment, a living area with small kitchenette, a shower room, and a shaded poolside dining area.

Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the floodlit tennis court, whilst teens will be entertained with table tennis and table football sets. The youngest guests have not been forgotten as the villa features a huge wooden treehouse, complete with rope bridge and lookout points for spotting pirates at sea or perhaps woodland fairies amongst the pines! A pathway leads by the treehouse down to a secluded, pebbly cove where guests can sunbathe in privacy, or make use of the villa’s water sports equipment including kayaks and paddle boards.

The villa itself was built with stone masonry, beautifully complementing its natural surrounds. Indoors, cream walls and floor-to-ceiling windows create light and bright interiors. Guests can relax in the double-height living room, which boasts direct access to a spacious terrace, or enjoy meals in the adjoining dining room. Those keeping up with work during their stay can make use of the upstairs study, equipped with a computer and printer and featuring sea views and an adjoining terrace for breaks from the screen.

A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast island is available for guest use, or for the chef to prepare tasty feasts.

There are six well-appointed bedrooms throughout the property, all with en-suite or private bathroom facilities. Within the main villa are five bedrooms; the master suite boasts its own living area and an en-suite bathroom with luxurious bathtub and a private terrace; the Delfine Suite is the most private room, set slightly away from the main part of the villa, and features a private terrace surrounded by gardens; finally, the Lakka and Loggos bedrooms share a furnished terrace with sea views. Loggos also has a small mezzanine with a single bunk bed for an additional guest. Meanwhile, the two-bedroom guest house is perfect for families or teens looking for their own space. It is comprised of two identical bedrooms that share a private sea-view terrace.

During their stay, guests have access to a skippered speedboat and a small sail boat for exploring the surrounding waters, and a golf buggy for use within the property’s grounds.
