A beautiful hilltop villa with stunning sea views on the island of Zakynthos
Set on a quiet hill overlooking Keri Beach on the island of Zakynthos, Villa Avra is a luxurious property sleeping six to eight guests. The location is unbeatable, offering both privacy and convenience; a path leads directly from the villa down to the beach, whilst the quaint village of Keri is just five minutes away by car.
The centrepiece of the expansive garden is an infinity swimming pool with waterfall jets, which is surrounded by sunbathing areas and offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea. Near the pool is a quiet relaxation space with a bubbling Jacuzzi, a tree-hung hammock and sun loungers; it’s the perfect place to unwind and take in the panoramic views.
Throughout the gardens are plenty more spaces to relax and socialise, from the poolside sun loungers, to shady day beds, to outdoor lounge areas, and a quiet courtyard with a feature rock garden.
The outdoor kitchen with bar, barbecue and dining table is the perfect place for convivial al fresco feasts or evening drinks as the sun sets. Beside the kitchen is a space designed for younger guests with a play house, slide, and other colourful play equipment for kids to enjoy.
Perfectly blending traditional Zakynthian architecture with modern design, the villa itself is a luxurious home-from-home. The spacious, open-plan living area features high, wood-beamed ceilings and elegant, tiled floors. Plush sofas surround a fireplace and face a large, flatscreen TV, whilst an elegant dining table is set beside the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead out to the main terrace.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances along with a bar area for more casual meals or pre-dinner drinks.
There are three well-appointed bedrooms, each with double beds and one offering direct terrace access. Two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst the third has an adjacent private bathroom. For larger groups, an additional two guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa bed on request.
For those looking for the perfect blend of privacy and convenience, traditional features and modern facilities, and indoor and outdoor living, the luxurious Villa Avra is an unbeatable choice.

Villa Avra is located in the charming village of Keri Lake on the southwest coast of the island of Zakynthos. With lush, verdant landscapes, a mountainous backdrop, and sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters, it’s the perfect area for a relaxing Mediterranean escape.
Visitors can rent a boat to tour nearby islands, explore the Keri Caves, watch spectacular sunsets from the lighthouse, snorkel and scuba dive in the clear waters, and enjoy hikes through the mountains. The island of Marathonisi – also known as Turtle Island – is well worth a visit, as it is the nesting site of the endangered Caretta turtle.
In the local village there are traditional tavernas serving local delicacies, whilst neighbouring Laganas is the place to go for lively bars and nightlife.
