Located just outside the charming town of Martina Franca, Trullo Fasano is a beautiful three-bedroom property, ideal for guests seeking an authentic Apulian getaway. The villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests in its traditional trullo and a modern lamia building.
Set over 1.5 hectares, sprawling gardens and courtyards offer plenty of space for outdoor relaxation. Guests enter via a bright courtyard surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and a vegetable patch supplying delicious fresh produce.
Sheltered by brick walls and lush greenery, the pool area is the main hub of the outdoor space. After a dip in the pool or a soak in the bubbling Jacuzzi, guests can soak up the rays on a poolside sun lounger or enjoy a friendly game of table football.
At the far end of the pool area is a relaxing lounge setting with a fire pit, perfect for cosy evenings. Moreover, the outdoor kitchen – complete with a wood fire pizza oven, a barbecue corner, and a dining table – is ideal for relaxed al fresco meals.
An additional seating area is located beside the lamia building, sheltered by a grapevine-covered pergola. Here, guests can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of bubbly whilst admiring the beautiful countryside views.
The lamia building features a spacious living area with a high ceiling, tiled floors and shuttered windows to let natural light flood in. At one end is a comfortable sofa bed (which can sleep an additional guest, if required), a cosy fireplace and a TV; at the other is a country-style dine-in kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
Next to the living room is the property’s master bedroom, which features a beautiful domed ceiling, a comfortable double bed, and an en-suite shower room.
Under the trulli cones there is a second cosy living room with a sofa and a TV corner, along with a convenient kitchenette.
The trullo is home to the other two bedrooms – one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and one twin (which can be converted to a double, on request), with a separate shower room.
For larger groups, the property can be booked together with nearby Trullo Ceglie to sleep up to 12 guests in total, or 14 with sofa beds.

Several pretty towns and cities are within 20 minutes’ drive, including Ceglie Messapica, Cisterno, Locorotondo, Ostuni, and Alberobello.
Ideal for a day trip, the historic city of Lecce is just over an hour away. Here, visitors can wander the narrow streets, admire the baroque architecture, and enjoy a glass of local rose in a traditional wine bar.
