The villa itself is traditional in its looks, featuring a stone structure, with soaring ceilings, and exposed wooden beams which give this private villa a veritable Italian feel; however, inside, the lake villa showcases an open concept interior design with modern furnishings, and decorative pieces in accent colours which make this property feel cosy and playful.
Suitable for a small group of friends, villa Silvia has great space for entertaining friends and family, featuring a fully kitted kitchen with breakfast bar, a formal dining space for up to 12, al fresco dining space for up to six, and a sophisticated living room which also features a stone fireplace, there is plenty of room for guests to get together, socialise and make memories to last a lifetime.
The private lakefront villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, and has views of the lake. The other two bedrooms, one with king size bed and balcony, and the other one with two single beds, enjoy shared access to the brown bathroom on the hallway which has a shower, making these two bedrooms suitable for a family with kids. The second bathroom accessible from the entrance hallway boasts a standalone shower and jacuzzi tub.
