Guests can explore the 13 acres of parkland that surrounds the estate and includes a private lake. Along with breath-taking views, the grounds boast a large, oval-shaped swimming pool and an adjacent covered al fresco dining area. The beautifully-landscaped gardens are filled with olive trees, lavender bushes, citrus and cypress trees, along with herbs in traditional terracotta pots. Moreover, the evocative name the villa is manifested in the delicate rose bushes of various colours throughout the gardens.

After tasteful restoration, the villa features lavish and modern amenities to maintain the standard of the world’s leading five-star hotels, whilst preserving original historic features. The lower floor includes the spacious fully-equipped kitchen that features a traditional Tuscan fireplace and a wood-fire bread and pizza oven.
