Villa Chiani

Located on a wine estate of over 50 hectares, the villa is surrounded by eco-friendly vineyards, along with olive groves, fruit orchards, truffle areas, and lush forests. The on-site Icario Winery produces some of the region’s most revered wines, including Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and guests can take tours and enjoy wine tastings or lunches during their stay.

The private grounds of the villa include verdant lawns and gardens blossoming with fragrant roses and jasmine, along with a host of native plants, creating a relaxing ambiance.

A vast infinity swimming pool overlooks the undulating valleys, and is lined with sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun post-swim. There is also a small pool house with a Jacuzzi and relaxation area, along with a furnished patio offering spectacular views.

These views can also be enjoyed from the various outdoor lounge and dining areas spread across the grounds and the villa’s terraces and patios.

The villa is comprised of two buildings – a restored rural mansion, and a cosy guest cottage. The main villa features a comfortable living room with plush sofas and a large country kitchen with expansive wooden dining table, perfect for entertaining. The three master bedroom suites each feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms; in addition, there is a study connected to one of the bedrooms, which can be converted to a twin bedroom for children, ideal for families.

The quaint guest cottage is best suited to a couple or young family. Indoors it has an open-plan, studio set-up with a small kitchen, a living area, and a king-size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The living space features a sofa bed, which can sleep up to two children if required. Outdoors, the cottage boasts a furnished private patio for taking in the views.
