A luxurious private property rental just minutes away from the beach
For those in search of total privacy and tranquility in natural surroundings, Villa Nefeli is the perfect choice.
Close to a sandy cove (reached by a pebbled pathway) where guests can swim and sunbathe, this five-bedroomed villa with traditional Cycladic architecture, blends in perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The unique design incorporates various internal patios and a large covered terrace. The sitting and dining areas both have chic furnishings and décor.
The swimming pool, located at the back of the house close to the two master bedrooms, is ideal for a refreshing dip.
The living areas, which connect to the outdoors through large openings, are infused with natural light and are decorated in the style of an old mansion albeit with modern touches.
In the open-plan living and dining area, the predominantly white designer furnishings are beautifully set off by the wood floors. The adjacent kitchen is very well equipped and beautifully designed with wood ceiling and floors.
The bedrooms, all with beautiful upholstery, are spacious and provide views of the lush vegetation surrounding this charming villa. The colours were chosen to be soothing, while the presence of wood in the furnishings give a sense of familiarity.
The two independent guest rooms are independently accessed and open onto the central patio.

Paros has a well-deserved reputation for being a friendly island, and the main port of Parikia seems to welcome guests with open arms. Beyond the port, the island rises through gentle slopes to Mt Profitis Ilias (770 m). The white marble found on the island contributed to the prosperity of Paros from the Early Cycladic period onwards – most famously, the Venus de Milo was carved from Parian marble, as was Napoleon’s tomb. The other major settlement, Naousa on the north coast, is a charming resort with a colourful fishing harbour and a developing waterside lounge scene that may one day rival that of Mykonos. On the east coast is the charming, low-key resort of Piso Livadi. Deep in the heart of Paros is the peaceful mountain village of Lefkes.
Neighboring Paros, is the smaller and charming island of Antiparos with its spellbinding stalagmite-filled cave.
Tucked away in a vast estate located only a few minutes away from a sandy cove with crystal-clear waters, Villa Nefeli is a beautiful mansion that offers perfect seclusion.
