Villa Cima is an elegant 19th-century villa situated on the shores of Lake Como. As part of the outstanding Villa d’Este’s 25-acre resort, guests at the villa have the benefit of the use of the most luxurious hotel facilities whilst still enjoying privacy and exclusivity.
The luxury villa was built in 1814 by Caroline of Brunswick, Princess of Wales and future Queen of England, to welcome Count and Countess Pino, the villa’s former owners.
An architectural gem, the villa gracefully conveys the aristocratic ambience so characteristic of the properties in Como. Further, guests will enjoy Villa d’Este’s trademark attention to detail and high quality service.
The luxury property spans three floors and comprises of beautifully-appointed living and sleeping quarters for up to eight guests. Within its 650 square metres of interior space, the villa boasts a living room with access to a terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or simply relaxing moments taking in the lake views. In addition, there is a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry and four bedrooms.
Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with antiques, artworks, and boasts private marble bathrooms. The bedrooms have access to either a balcony or terrace and enjoy beautiful views of the lake.
As part of the estate of Villa d’Este, guests at Villa Cima can enjoy the hotel facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa facilities, a gym, and several restaurants and bars.

Villa Cima overlooks the stunning Lake Como, which has been a popular retreat for aristocrats and the wealthy since Roman times. The region offers many art and cultural gems as well as interesting villas and palaces (such as Villa Olmo, Villa Serbelloni and Villa Carlotta) that are worth visiting.
There are plenty of activities and sports available in the area from gold and tennis, to horse riding and biking, to windsurfing and kayaking, to name but a few.
To tour the lake, a ferry service connects to all the lakeside towns; alternatively, boats and motorboats with a private crew may be hired.
