Set within Sicily’s Rocco Forte Verdura Resort, Villa Smeraldo is a beautiful three-bedroom property offering uninterrupted sea views. Set over two floors and with its own private outdoor garden and pool area, the villa is the perfect home-from-home for a Sicilian getaway with loved ones.
Verdant lawns lead to the large infinity swimming pool, where guests can take a refreshing dip or soak up the rays from the poolside sun loungers.
Stretching the length of the property is a shaded terrace with a comfortable lounge setting and an outdoor dining table for entertaining, or simply relaxing and soaking up the panoramic views.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a seamless transition from outside to in, and allow light to flood through the interior living spaces. The open-plan lounge area provides the perfect place to socialise or enjoy a film, and a fireplace provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings.
Beside the lounge area is an elegant dining space, ideal for dinner parties. This leads through to a modern kitchen, fully-equipped with all the mod cons.
Up to six guests can be accommodated in the three well-appointed guest bedrooms. Each features en-suite facilities and sea-facing balconies or terrace access. The master bedroom also boasts a sitting area and a large bathtub for true relaxation.
Guests can relax in the privacy of their own villa, then wander down into the main resort for sports and entertainment options when the mood strikes. Location
Villa Smeraldo is located within Rocco Forte Verdura Resort in Sicily. Guests have access to all the resort facilities including two golf courses, several tennis courts and other sports facilities, extensive spa facilities, kids' clubs, multiple restaurants and bars, conference facilities, and shopping boutiques. Guests can take a golf buggy to the resort’s private sandy beach in just 15 minutes.
The resort is located on the south-west coast of Italy, neighbouring the seaside town of Sciacca and the orange groves of Ribera. The region’s capital Palermo is just over an hour’s drive away, whilst the Temples in Agrigento and Temple of Seluniunte can be reached in around 40 minutes.
A helicopter trip to the nearby islands of Aeolian, Egadi and Pelagian is not to be missed.
