A heritage villa with spectacular views over the Chianti hills
Villa Santo is set on one of the most beautiful hills of Chianti, overlooking stunning valleys. It offers breath-taking scenes of the countryside with tantalising glimpses of the towers of San Gimignano.
The garden is very pretty, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine, local plants and flowers. Guests can enjoy the infinity pool and the Jacuzzi.
Originally built in the year 1000AD, the property has been beautifully refurbished with the latest modern facilities to offer a maximum level of comfort to the guests. It is comprised of two separate buildings connected by a galleried walkway, plus a pool house.
Both the old tower and the hay barn have been completely restored with old brick floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design. The kitchen of The Hay Barn (Fienile in Italian) building is particularly stylish, with a very large custom-made fridge, a EuroCave wine fridge, induction hobs, state of the art oven and beautiful crockery. The adjoining vaulted dining room is complete with a huge ancient oak dining table.
The bedrooms are very spacious and dotted with a mix of beautiful antiques and comfortable new furniture.
The property available for events for up to 60 guests.
