The main villa has eight wonderful double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. Air-conditioning is provided in the bedrooms for the main villa. In addition, there is a really comfortable guest house in the garden with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and living room. Besides the rooms in the typical Tuscan villa and the guesthouse, Villa Montesoli also offers luxury indoor and outdoor facilities: sophisticated architecture completely restored in 2013, that combines the magic of Tuscan rural traditions including organic farming with modern comforts such as the spa and wellness area, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The villa, of over 750 square metres, consists of a main building divided into two separate levels and can host a maximum 16 people + 2 people in the guest house that is situated in the garden near the swimming pool.

There are also six double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and laundry/service room. The first-floor apartment of Villa Montesoli can be rented separately from the ground floor and includes access to the billiard room and the spa / wellness area.
Guest house:Montesoli guest house is serviced with a swimming pool and is a beautifully restored building, separate from the main villa.
The guest house is composed of a comfortable living room, a large bedroom, an elegant bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The structure is provided with air conditioning (in bedrooms and living room)
