A charming, stylish coastal villa in the Maremma

The large veranda offers wonderful sea views while the five-thousand square metres of beautiful landscaped gardens surround the swimming pool with colourful Mediterranean flowers and foliage.

Further down on the left, there is the dining room with a second entrance hall, and the kitchen with access to the rear garden. Near the kitchen, there is a convenient laundry and the small double en-suite bedroom used by the staff.
The sleeping area on the ground floor comprises the master en-suite bedroom with a jacuzzi. There are also two double bedrooms – one with an adjacent bathroom and one with an en-suite bathroom – and a twin en-suite bedroom.
The fifth en-suite bedroom which is situated on the first floor, is accessed by two stairways (one internal and one external). Guests can enjoy the stunning sea views from the huge terrace that overlooks the beautiful garden.

Maremma’s beauty, variety and wealth of natural environments found in its many reserves and parks, has long been recognised by both discerning travellers and more recently by UNESCO.
Argentario is the destination of choice for those who are interested in nautical matters and/or want to be at the sea. Its many historical and ambient features make it an excellent place for holidays throughout the year. One of the main features of Argentario is its abundant caves, some so deep that they have not been fully explored. For this reason, the area is a popular destination for expert scientists and speleologists. The road to the top of the mountain is bordered by thick, luxuriant brush which creates an aura of quiet and of intense and deep spirituality.
The lagoons of Orbetello and Burano and Natural Park of Maremma offer the opportunity to explore the natural environment of the area, while from Porto S. Stefano we can access the Giglio and Giannutri islands, two enchanting pearls in the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago.
Porto Ercole is a charming seaside resort situated on Argentario’s promontory. The first inhabitants of Porto Ercole were fishermen, and still today we can meet old sea dogs who repair fishing nets in the port.
The village’s natural beauty and charm is enhanced by imposing Spanish fortresses which were built in the sixteenth century during the State of Garrisons: Forte Filippo, Rocca and Forte Stella are perfectly preserved fortifications which offer wonderful views of the sea. The tourist port of Cala Galera, where many VIPs’ moor their boats and yachts, is situated close to Porto Ercole. Fable has it that Michelangelo Merisi (Caravaggio) died in in Porto Ercole, July 1610, in mysterious circumstances.
Capalbio is an ancient village set amidst the lush Maremman countryside. The coastal area has both sandy and stony beaches with high cliffs as their backdrop with woodland pine groves in close proximity. Lapped by the azure sea, which offers shallow reefs and deep marine caves and walls, this region offers interesting diving for both amateurs and those with more advanced levels of experience. However, it is also a great place to just swim or relax on the beach. The region is ideal for golf lovers: the Punta Alta golf club, a park of 77 hectares/190 acres, offers an eighteen-hole golf course surrounded by palms and olive trees.
