Castello di Magona is an enchanting 16th-century castle in a peaceful location offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside and Mediterranean Sea.

The exclusive grounds of this sumptuous villa include two large gardens featuring outside dining and lounge areas. With a private 6 x 12 metre swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, it is the perfect location to relax on a group holiday with family or friends.

Once home to Leopold II Grand Duke of Tuscany, Castello di Magona offers all the beauty and character of a property steeped in history, yet with the modern comforts necessary to ensure your stay is completely relaxing.

Situated just one kilometre from the nearest town Venturina Terme and only a ten-minute drive to the breathtaking Tuscan coast and sandy beaches, there is something to suit everyone’s tastes and choice of activity.

The ground level of the villa contains a choice of beautifully arranged living rooms with period furnishings in keeping with the style of the castle. From the large entrance hall, decorated with ancient paintings and coats of arms, are three living rooms. Each offers the guests a space in which to relax and unwind, and one room features an oak desk if work cannot be avoided. The professional fully equipped kitchen is on the same level alongside another small kitchen room. The dining room features a decorative fireplace and a large rectangular table for all the guests to enjoy a meal together.

The four double bedrooms, five suites, and the special Grand Duke Master suite are individually decorated and furnished with different colour schemes. The bedrooms are equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning and, digital TV. For convenience, the entire villa has Wi-Fi internet access.

The Castle hosts also wedding and private events .

If required, catering can be added to your stay, as well as laundry and even day trips and excursions.
