Located on a beautiful private estate offering breath-taking views across the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside

Arrighi is a charming private villa in Tuscany affording panoramic views of the Reschio Estate and the Niccone valley. At one time, Villa Arrighi served as a watchtower but now the property now enjoys architectural masterpiece status, thanks to restoration work initiated by the members of the Bolza family, who are also leading the renovation work of many other exclusive farmhouses within the ancient Reschio estate.

Every detail at Villa Arrighi showcases elegance and care. Both the exterior and the interior spaces are ample and have an inviting ambience. Access to the house is via the large paved courtyard which boasts a central water feature. The extensive grounds at Villa Arrighi are stunning, featuring impeccably tended shrubs and mown lawns. There is also a gorgeous swimming pool, overlooking a vast expanse of the idyllic Tuscan countryside.

Although Villa Arrighi’s exterior maintains many of its eleventh-century Romanesque features, its interior boasts a subtle modern look, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Spread over three floors, Villa Arrighi’s indoor living environment is light and spacious thanks to the double-height ceilings in the sitting room and high ceilings everywhere else in the villa.

The ground level boasts a double en-suite bedroom, but mainly comprises the communal area – the sitting room with fireplace, the elegant dining room, and the cloak room adjoining one of the classic Italian kitchens – which will impress guests with its particular arched structural design and its modern amenities.

The first floor of Villa Arrighi features the sitting room with fireplace and a double-height ceiling. It also has a master suite with en-suite facilities, dressing room and study, and an en-suite double bedroom.

The second floor of the property boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with an open-plan bathroom, and the second with en-suite facilities.

Villa Arrighi offers its guests the most luxurious stay in complete privacy, surrounded by 2700 acres of Tuscan and Umbrian countryside. Although in a secluded location, there are many activities that guests can enjoy should they wish to do so. From horse riding, tennis, mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting or boar hunting, the dedicated estate manager will happily organise any activities (which will be charged separately).
