A beautifully restored 16th-century villa, filled with history and charm
Apartment Zaffiro is a beautifully restored apartment in Villa F, one of the most charming residences on the island of Giudecca.
The privileged location away from the crowds of tourists affords guests the ultimate privacy and comfort, while being really well connected to the centre of Venice.
Previously the residence of noble Venetian families and a guesthouse for artists, actors and writers, Villa F is a one-of-a-kind property, preserving many of the original features of the historic Renaissance building.
After years of work, Francesca Bortolotto Possati was thrilled to present the revived property in 2011, introducing a new way of living in Venice.
The property is divided into private apartments where guests can experience Venetian life and live unique moments in a truly vibrant setting.
Residenza Zaffiro is situated on the first floor of Villa F, facing St Mark’s Square and the private gardens. The residence comprises a living area, a dining room with a beautiful fireplace, a state-of-the-art kitchen and two bedrooms with walk-in closets and marble bathrooms.
The interior design is embellished with original antiques and luxurious fine fabrics.
The original frescoes have been retained and add to the charm of the property and its sophisticated atmosphere.
Guests of Villa F are granted free access to the next-door Palladio Hotel and Spa.
