A luxurious four-storey Venetian house with amazing views over the canal

With stunning views all around, Codussi House is the perfect escape for those who want to enjoy a calm holiday surrounded by the beauty of the canal and the exuberant park spaces that date back to the 1200s.

This property is located beside a 16th century church designed by Palladio and a 15th century bell tower by Codussi. With a picturesque view, this charming house has a private deck and is set in a privileged water front location.

Codussi House features one master bedroom, four double bedrooms and one twin room, all very spacious, with en-suite bathroom, and that can accommodate up to 12 people.

From the comfort of the house guests can enjoy on the roof terrace the beautiful views over the canal and observe the local life or indulge themselves with a relaxed bath in the hot tub. For the more curious ones, they can very easily move to the centre or take tours of the lagoon using private boats or water taxis, or, take a nice walk up to San Marco square and enjoy the views.

Codussi House showcases a perfect combination between the modern and the true Venetian style, and is a great choice for travellers interested in museums, culture, and old town exploring.
