Villa Binigaus Nou

Villa Binigaus Nou

Tastefully-restored 18th Century villa with infinity pool and spectacular views

Originally built in the 18th Century, the boutique Villa Binigaus Nou in Menorca enjoys uninterrupted views over the Binigaus Valley to the Mediterranean Sea. This spacious 7-bedroom property can sleep up to 20 guests in style.

The villa makes the most of its beautiful location with ample outdoor living and entertaining spaces. The spacious terrace features several relaxation areas with comfortable seating and even a day bed for lying back with a book or catching some sun in true comfort. A shady pergola with ample seating nestled amongst the palm trees offers spectacular views over the valley, and the large outdoor dining table is perfect for barbecue lunches or relaxed dinner parties.

Guests can take in the endless views from the stunning infinity pool, then sit back and relax on the wooden deck with a glass of wine kept chilled in the fridge of the convenient pool house.

Tastefully restored and refurbished in 2012, the interior of the villa maintains a traditional feel yet is equipped with all the modern comforts for guests to enjoy. Guests can relax with a book in the library or sit back in front of the TV in the main living room.

The dining room is well suited to more formal meals whilst the breakfast bar in the light-filled, fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for casual breakfasts or perhaps enjoying a few drinks whilst cooking up a storm.

The seven well-appointed bedrooms are all feature en-suite or private facilities. The King Suite has the added luxury of a freestanding bathtub and its own terrace. The penthouse Queen Suite sleeps three and connects through the en-suite bathroom to the five-bed Cousins Room, making it the ideal space for families with children or teens. The Queen Suite also boasts exclusive access to the villa's two distinctive towers. All other bedrooms sleep two to three, easily accommodating up to 20 people overall.

The generous bedroom suites along with the vast outdoor living and dining spaces make Villa Binigaus Nou the perfect property for families or groups of friends travelling together to enjoy a relaxing Mediterranean holiday.

Villa Binigaus Nou

The Binigaus Estate sits on the southern coast of Menorca close to the charming municipality of Es Migjorn Gran.

The area is ideal for outdoor lovers with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and horse riding on paths through the valleys, down to the coast with its pretty beaches and picturesque coves. Adventurous travellers can explore Cova des Coloms, a natural cave in the gully of Binigaus just 800m from the villa, which is protected by Bien de Interés Cultural, the heritage register of Spain.

The town of Es Migiorn Gran itself has a host of traditional Tapas bars, cafes and restaurants where visitors can truly immerse themselves in the local culture.
