Villa Footprints is a 13,000-square-foot luxury estate that sits directly on the powder-white sands of Leeward Beach, a quieter, more secluded extension of the world-famous Grace Bay.
The villa’s design is centred around a lush, palm-fringed courtyard featuring serene reflecting ponds and lily pads. This tranquil entryway welcomes guests into their own tropical oasis.
A massive, heated infinity pool serves as the focal point of the outdoor space. Complete with a sunbathing deck, bubbling Jacuzzi, and in-pool sun loungers, it offers the ultimate in relaxation. On one side of the pool is a spacious outdoor lounge and dining area. On the water side, guests can enjoy a stretch of white sand at pool level or head down a few steps to a private beach area, offering direct access to the crystal-clear waters of the bay.
A shaded poolside pavilion offers more space to relax and socialise with loved ones, whilst taking in the views. It features a bar, TV, and outdoor lounge and dining settings. For cooler evenings, the firepit lounge is the perfect space to enjoy a cosy drink or two.
For those who seek activity over lounging, the villa is a playground. A floodlit pickleball court and half-basketball court allow for evening matches, complemented by a state-of-the-art gym. Guests can also enjoy the villa’s supply of kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkelling equipment for exploring the vibrant reefs just offshore.
The villa’s architecture embraces a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Set across multiple structures, it perfectly balances social connection with absolute privacy. Indoors, high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass walls blur the line between the interior and the turquoise horizon.
The Main House serves as the heart of the villa. It features the main living and dining rooms, a media room, a gourmet guest kitchen, and a professional-grade chef’s kitchen. For the ultimate relaxation experience, there is also a spa treatment room with hair salon facilities. On the first floor of the Main House, a spacious master suite boasts an ocean-view balcony and a private courtyard with an outdoor bathtub for leisurely soaks under the stars.
On the ground floor, the Standalone Principal Suite is a private sanctuary with its own ocean-view terrace and a hidden outdoor soaking tub.
The final bedrooms are located in the Guest House and Courtyard Suites. The two-bedroom guest house boasts its own living and dining area with a handy kitchenette, while the two independent courtyard bedrooms are quiet, private retreats. Villa Footprints is located on Leeward Beach, on the north coast of Providenciales. While only a short drive from the high-end boutiques and fine dining of Grace Bay, Leeward offers a level of serenity that the main tourist strip lacks. It is a residential sanctuary where the water is calm, and the beaches remain uncrowded.
The location offers an unparalleled playground for water sports. Guests can glide over the reefs on a paddleboard or kayak, or snorkel through crystal-clear depths.
