The villa itself is set back from the shore and surrounded by tropical foliage, offering an extra level of privacy. The focal point of the property is the tiered infinity pool lined with sun loungers and day beds. The top level of the pool features a bubbling Jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation. A sandy beach area, complete with an outdoor dining setting and a fire pit, offers the perfect setting for evening cocktails or s’mores under the stars.
Behind the pool is a soaring grand palapa, a traditional thatched-roof structure that houses the main outdoor living space. Plush sofas and swing seats offer space for socialising with loved ones, whilst a dining area offers more space for poolside meals. The outdoor amenities also include a stone pizza oven, a gas barbecue, and a dedicated drink station with bar seating.
Access to the property is via an arched entryway. The arch leads through a courtyard with hammocks suspended from shady palm trees, above a tranquil reflection pool. With a fire pit for cooler evenings, it is an idyllic spot for relaxation.
Designed with an open-air philosophy, the villa blends hand-etched stone floors and chic Mexican décor with the natural beauty of its tropical surroundings. Retractable glass walls connect the formal living and dining rooms to the poolside terrace on one side and a verdant garden on the other, allowing ocean breezes to flow freely throughout.
The villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests across its six thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The ground-floor master suite boasts a king-size bed, indoor and outdoor showers, a workspace, and a private terrace with direct access to the Jacuzzi. The remaining ground-floor bedrooms feature king or queen-size beds, en-suite shower rooms and garden views. On the villa’s top level, a second master suite boasts a suspended, swaying king-size bed beneath a thatched roof, along with a private roof terrace with a daybed for intimate evening drinks.
