There is a dedicated outdoor lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas and low wooden tables, along with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and dining area.
A large stone archway leads into an inner courtyard, while a separate tennis court and a table tennis table are situated further within the terraced grounds.
Inside, the villa showcases beautiful Mediterranean architecture with arched openings, exposed limestone walls, and high timber-beamed ceilings. The open-plan living and dining room features a large open fireplace, ample space for gatherings, and stone stairs leading to a mezzanine level. The sleek kitchen has a breakfast bar and cool stone flooring, set against a large picture window overlooking the grounds.
