Villa Eden
5 Bedrooms — 12 Guests
An oceanfront villa with an infinity pool, an overwater sun deck, and a private boat dock
Villa Eden is a striking contemporary oceanfront retreat set along the northern ridge of Blue Mountain in Providenciales, an elevated point in Turks and Caicos. Spread across a generous 7,000 square feet, the property sits directly above the turquoise waters of the Princess Alexandra National Park. The estate offers a huge open layout tailored for families or group gatherings seeking direct ocean connectivity and outdoor living space.
The villa is structured around its multi-tiered outdoor spaces that descend toward the shoreline. On the entrance level, an infinity swimming pool with in-pool loungers is flanked by a vast terrace and an open-air fire pit lounge. Further lounge and dining areas beneath pergolas provide shady spaces for relaxation out of the direct sun. Lower down the slope, another open-air deck provides a space for oceanside dining.
A winding stone staircase leads down through tropical landscaping to an overwater sun deck with loungers and a private dock. From here, guests can launch paddleboards and kayaks directly into the protected waters or snorkel out to the nearby barrier reef. At low tide, a small private beach area emerges at the base of the rocks.
The villa’s open-plan interiors feature vaulted, white-beamed ceilings and light, neutral furnishings framed by full-height sliding glass doors. The main living space comprises soft lounge seating, a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dining room with picture windows and direct access to the main terrace.
A separate library offers more plush seating, a grand piano, and an impressive bookcase wall with an integrated wet bar.
Comprising a main villa and a separate guest house, the property accommodates up to 10 guests across five suites. Bedrooms are distributed across the entrance level, lower ground floor, and an independent studio suite. The entrance-level master bedroom features a private lounge area, access to the pool terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and separate indoor and outdoor showers. The lower-level suites open directly onto a shared stone terrace with direct sea views, while the separate studio suite offers an elevated private retreat complete with an in-room soaking tub and a balcony.
With its private boat dock, multi-level terraces, and extensive ocean views, Villa Eden provides a refined coastal sanctuary in Turks and Caicos. Its flexible room layout and comprehensive grounds ensure an ideal setting for memorable group getaways.
