The Darsena Guest House sits across the road from the villa, right on the lakeshore. This converted fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1720 but has been lovingly restored and converted into a unique one-bedroom loft. It features original stone walls contrasted with whitewashed wooden beams, and a six-meter sliding glass window that opens the living space entirely to the water, offering panoramic views of the sparkling waters and imposing Alps beyond.

The villa’s private jetty adds an extra touch of luxury, allowing guests to skip the winding coastal roads and arrive via a classic Riva speedboat.
