Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, including olive groves and fragrant lavender fields, the property provides a sensory immersion into the region’s natural beauty.
The meticulously designed gardens blend seamlessly with the surrounding countryside landscape and limestone hills, with a trickling water feature running along the olive tree-lined lawn.
The fully enclosed grounds ensure privacy and offer plenty of space to embrace outdoor living in the French sunshine, including a generous heated swimming pool, a classic pétanque court for friendly games, and several inviting seating areas perfect for relaxation. An outdoor dining area, equipped with barbecues, provides an idyllic setting for sharing meals under the Provençal sky.
Inside the south-facing mas, the right wing is dedicated to the main living areas, bathed in natural light through large arched windows. The living room perfectly balances the old with the new with its exposed wooden beams, elegant fireplace, and understated modern décor, creating a welcoming space for socialising and relaxation. Adjacent is a large, open-plan kitchen featuring sleek modern units and a dining area comfortably seating up to twelve guests. Glass doors lead seamlessly from the kitchen and dining space to the outdoor dining area, perfect for creating lasting memories around delicious local fare.
The left wing of the mas houses the six en-suite bedrooms, offering comfortable and private sanctuaries. On the ground floor, a beautiful dormitory is perfect for younger guests, with two sets of integrated bunk beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct garden access. As well as the dormitory, guests will find a king-sized bedroom that also leads directly into the garden, and another spacious bedroom, with a super-king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a private terrace with captivating views of the Alpilles. Upstairs, three more super-king-size rooms offer stunning bathrooms and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
