Villa Champagne Shores

Champagne Shores is a contemporary five-bedroom villa situated on the southern coast of Anguilla. It boasts an expansive waterfront position with views across Pelican Bay toward the mountains of St Martin. This architectural masterpiece is designed with a clean, symmetrical style, using crisp white exteriors and extensive glass to ensure the ocean remains the focal point from every angle.

The outdoor areas are terraced to maximise the coastal views. The main pool serves as the centrepiece of the stone deck, complemented by a shallower children’s pool and a heated Jacuzzi. Lining the water’s edge is a row of sun beds and umbrellas, and behind that, a shaded dining terrace equipped with a barbecue and a long table for al fresco meals.

Unique water features and a manicured garden frame the property, while a private path leads directly from the lawn down to the shoreline. For recreation, the terrace also includes a professional table tennis setup, all positioned to catch the sea breeze.

The interior transitions from the waterfront into a series of vibrant, light-filled spaces that use a distinct and playful colour palette. The main living room features double-height ceilings and wall-to-wall glass doors that open completely to the pool deck. The modern kitchen holds a large central island and all the appliances needed for the perfect stay.

For entertainment and wellness, the house includes a dedicated cinema room and a fully equipped gym. The transition between the social spaces is seamless, creating a sense of space and light throughout the entire home.

The five bedrooms are configured to provide privacy and views for up to ten guests. On the ground floor, a garden bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to a private terrace. The first floor houses four additional suites, including two master suites, which feature walk-in wardrobes, private sitting areas, and large terraces overlooking the bay. The remaining two bedrooms on this level feature queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom features unique design elements and colour themes, giving it a personal, warm feeling, whilst always ensuring the focus remains on the incredible ocean views.
