Villa di Nola
6 Bedrooms — 12 Guests
A historic, family-owned villa with panoramic sea views and an outdoor pool
Set in the hills above Sorrento with panoramic views over the bay, Villa di Nola is a graceful, family-owned estate designed for elegant indoor-outdoor living. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens and mature Mediterranean vegetation, the villa provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to the town and the coastline below.
Outside, the space has been arranged for easy days in the sun, with a large swimming pool at the centre framed by sun loungers and daybeds.
Carefully maintained pathways wind through the gardens, leading to quiet seating areas and sea-facing terraces with views of Vesuvius, the islands, and the city of Naples on the horizon. Several outdoor dining and lounge areas offer plenty of options throughout the day, from coffee in the garden to relaxed evening meals on the terrace. A shaded dining space is situated on a lower terrace next to a wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for informal summer dining. A built-in barbecue is also located nearby.
Inside, the villa’s interiors are crisp, bright and modern, with polished tile floors, sleek white walls and statement design pieces throughout. While the building is historic, the style is fresh and contemporary, from the curved sofas in the main lounge to the carefully chosen artwork and sculptural lighting. A formal dining room provides a space to gather indoors, and the kitchen is well-equipped for private use or chef-prepared meals. The overall layout works well for groups, striking a balance between shared spaces and quieter corners.
There are six en-suite bedrooms in total, each with a king or double bed and a fresh, airy style. Three are located upstairs, all with sea views and access to a long upper terrace, while one also boasts a private terrace. The three remaining bedrooms sit on the ground floor, including a sea-facing suite with terrace access, a garden-view suite, and a compact double tucked just behind, perfect for families travelling with children or teens.
Stylish and thoughtfully presented, with broad views and generous outdoor space, Villa di Nola offers a calm, contemporary base for exploring Sorrento and the surrounding coastline.
