The villa offers plenty of space for outdoor living. Set within two hectares of lush pine forest, it offers beautifully landscaped gardens and verdant spaces for relaxation, al fresco dining, and enjoying the glorious Mediterranean climate. A sparkling swimming pool is the focal point, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas for post-swim relaxation. Guests can lounge on outdoor sofas, enjoy informal al fresco meals prepared in the barbecue area, which includes a pizza oven. In one corner of the grounds, a shaded courtyard provides a tranquil space for moments of calm solitude.
Sprawling, lush lawns offer plenty of space for younger guests to run around, whilst a pétanque court is ideal for leisurely recreation. The villa also boasts a private helipad for those looking to arrive in style or explore the region from above, along with a private path leading guests right down to the sandy shores. A truly unique feature is the private mini-farm, a fenced off area home to friendly goats and chickens!
