A wide, covered veranda leads off the main house, featuring a large brick outdoor barbecue and plenty of comfortable seating for taking in the amazing sunsets. Vibrant rose gardens add spectacular colour, whilst a fire pit offers a cosy setting for crisp evenings.
The building is designed in a modern Cape Dutch style, combining crisp white walls and large picture windows with tiled flooring, textured carpets, and a warm interior colour palette. The sophisticated, warm design of the interiors pair soft, pale tones with deep green and burgundy feature walls and accents.
The ground floor includes a bright, contemporary kitchen featuring a large breakfast bar and multiple sitting rooms that offer distinct spaces to unwind, from a light-filled lounge with a modern green tiled fireplace to a cosy, burgundy-hued media room with a large corner sofa.
