A beautiful ski-in/ski-out chalet with extensive spa facilities and spacious interiors

Nestled in the exclusive Hameau area of Verbier is the luxurious Chalet Makini. The property boasts stunning views over small lake and a large private spa complex.

After a long day on the slopes, guests can drink in the spectacular views from the large furnished terrace, or one of several spacious balconies.

The spa complex offers the ultimate relaxation experience with its heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and hammam, massage treatment rooms, and a large poolside lounge area. Those keeping up with their off-slope fitness can make use of the modern, fully-equipped gym.

Within the main chalet, the artful mix of modern and traditional details makes for a sophisticated décor. Everything from the contemporary furniture and art, elegant chandeliers, traditional wooden beams, polished oak flooring to the natural stones, antiques and luxurious furs create a cosy living space.

The main living and dining room on the ground floor offers the perfect place to relax and socialise whilst taking in the spectacular views, or cosying up around the crackling fireplace. On the first floor is a second living room with a large flatscreen TV, ideal for a family movie night or keeping younger guests entertained.

In the spa complex is a second dining area, used for fondue and raclette tasting. This leads through to the wine cave, where guests can choose from a fabulous range of wines, including rare vintages, which are available for purchase.

Up to 11 guests can be accommodated in five stunning bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two doubles plus a triple bedroom on the first floor.

Chalet Makini is the perfect choice for a group of family and friends who are looking for the ultimate luxury retreat in the Alps. With extensive spa facilities, and cosy interiors, it’s hard to beat!

About the area

Chalet Makini is located in the exclusive Hameau area of Verbier, with enviable views overlooking a small lake. Snow permitting, guests can ski out on to the Le Rouge piste, and ski in from the Savolayres area, Les Esserts and Le Rouge.

Verbier is a mecca for those who love to ski and to party.  With access to over 400 km of pisted runs and a huge variety of terrain there is something for everyone, from the gentle nursery slopes of Les Esserts to the steep bump fields of Mont Fort and Tortin.  However, it is the huge off-piste ski area, easily accessible from the lift system for which Verbier is most renowned.

Almost as famous as the powder is the village’s lively après ski and nightlife. From the lively terrace at Le Rouge and the cocktail lounge at the Farinet, to two of the Alps’ most famous nightspots, the Farm Club and Coco, visitors can have just as much fun off the slopes as on them!
