Ellerman House Villa One is a luxurious property located on the grounds of the renowned Ellerman House Hotel. Totally separate from the hotel, this exclusive villa offers privacy and security with the added benefits of hotel amenities for use at guests’ leisure. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s restaurant and bar, take tours of the modern art gallery, or enjoy wine tasting in the cellar.
Attached to the villa is the large hotel spa, though this can also be booked for exclusive use on request. The spa offers a large relaxation area, a sauna, steam room, sensation shower, treatment rooms, and an outdoor jet pool. There’s also a fully-equipped gym for those looking to keep up with their fitness during their stay.
At the villa, guests can take in spectacular ocean views from their private terrace with swimming pool, sun loungers, and outdoor lounge and dining areas.
Indoors, the décor is sophisticated and minimalist. An impressive collection of original art completes the luxury of the house. The internal living area is comprised of a spacious TV lounge area, an elegant dining room, a cosy study and reading room, and a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a well-stocked snack pantry.
The villa can be booked with either three or five bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the top level, accessed by a lift or stairs, and all feature spacious en-suite bathrooms with infinity mirrors. The two double rooms offer stunning ocean views, whilst the twin room has spectacular views of the Twelve Apostles in the Table Mountain range.
The two spacious spa bedrooms are located on the ground floor. These rooms boast en-suite facilities and endless ocean views from their shared deck.
